2.3 Design Approval: For custom orders, we may provide proofs or mockups for approval. It is your responsibility to review and approve these designs before production begins.

2.4 Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. In the rare case of unavailability, we will notify you and provide alternatives or refunds where applicable.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website or email. An order confirmation will be sent to you upon successful submission. Please review the confirmation for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

3.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Payment processing is secure, and your payment details are not stored by us.

3.3 Order Changes: Changes to your order must be requested within 1 hour of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible due to production scheduling.

4.2 Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within the United States. Orders to international addresses cannot be processed at this time.

4.4 Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your package and will be displayed at checkout.

4.5 Local Pickup: Customers in the local area may choose to pick up their orders. Please email Sales@avboxus.com to schedule a pickup appointment.

4.6 Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Sales@avboxus.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1 Custom Items: All sales are final for custom products once production begins, as they are uniquely made to your specifications.

5.2 Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us at Sales@avboxus.com as soon as possible. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

5.3 Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue. If the problem is determined to be our fault, we will offer a replacement or refund.
